Hey,
just bought the game. After launch I get to intro screen where I get prompted to press Spacebar. Game changes screen to shader compilation and crashes without any error code.
Tried restarting, verifying files, deleting DirectX cache, deleting Steam install cache, updating drivers, splash screen fix...
Any idea how to resolve?
PC: AMD 7600X, RTX 4070, 32GB RAM, NVME drive, Windows 11 24H2.
Me having the same problem... tried almost everything... 9060xt as well
Still facing the same issue — I’ve already updated my drivers, restarted my system, and even reinstalled the game, but nothing seems to help. My system specs are RTX 2050 and 12GB RAM.
Interresting! Today I tried again and as it began to stutter, I presse strg+alt+del to open the task manager. It took a while, but as it was opened I could see, that the cpu was around 50%, the gpu at 90% and the DDR(16GB) at nearly 100% loadout. And then the compilation keeps going, but very low and after a few minutes I was in the game. Wtf!?! Why???
I the closed BF6 and startes again and it wasn't necessary to compile the shaders again...
Uninstall the game, re-download and do a complete clean install, this solved completely all my issues.
Solution is simple, delete this game and go play something fun, what requires no high grade IT education, this game is a joke since its relase
