BF6 Slow Motion/Time Nudge issue

Also, sometimes it is back to normal temporarily, although I get ping spikes on official servers every minute or so. It all seems so inconsistent. I have also noticed other players will spike to 100 ping and then go back to 30-50 every few seconds. It seems like when one thing is working, the other is not for unknown reasons. 

I was using that FSR at first to force the graphics to the lowest possible limit in order to test if graphics settings have any affect. It didn't. The issues persist even on ultra settings or to the limit (all low, FSR dynamic resolution scale to 50). Do you know anything that would cause the ping spikes every few seconds? Internet is pretty good broadband, usually around 25-40 ping on other games. It is just not smooth for me.
