Think i also have the same problem, i7 12700, 32gb ram, 3080
Get a yellow box warning and the game feels like its in slow motion, on the performance graph cpu starts to turn red. I have it on the absolute lowest settings possible and it still happens.
MyDogIsaTurd please type this command into the BF6 command console and post a screenshot.

The screenshot will tell us if the low framerate is being caused by a CPU or GPU issue.
