BF6 Twitch Drops Not Received.

I was told to come here by EA Support so here i am. 

I have earned all the beta and release twitch drops but the only one i actually got was the twitch sub "Versatile soldier skin". I have tried to unlink and re link the account, restart the game, restart steam, restart PC and nothing has worked. 

Additionally, i contacted EA support and got a somewhat generic reply so not really sure what to make of it. 

Platform: Steam-PC
Details: I have received all my beta, preorder and phantom edition skins but not the twitch drop ones. How or where: TWITCH Drops
Date content received:2 Months ago for first round of twitch drops and 3 days ago for the newest round of twitch drops.

I have provided some screenshots of the missing content and proof that the rewards were earned.
