BF6 unplayably laggy - even chat gpt doesn't know what to do

If chat GPT can't fix my issue, you know it is bad that I had to find out how to write a forum about this.  Bought BF6 right when it came out and tried playing it with some of my buddies. It was so laggy that it was basically unplayable, and my friends were roasting me and saying I had taco bell wifi. It gets extra bad on big scale maps, and is 70% ok on small maps.

I thought that it was just an issue with the BF6 servers working out some bugs and being a new game, but every time I try to play the game, it's MAYBE one match then have to quit because it is so unplayable. 

I have an upper-end gaming PC and don't have any issues with any other games. I'm ethernet connected to wifi and have the highest speed wifi available. As time passed and I kept trying to load into games, I realized that is a consistent issue. I've watched multiple videos and done lots of google and Chat GPT searches to try and find a fix, with no prevail. All my settings are at the lowest quality and I've uninstalled and re-installed already. 

Every time I play there are two symbols that pop up on the left side of the screen. One looks like a "restart" arrow and one looks like two papers stacked on each  other. Also, I don't have any background apps running. 

I get so frustrated paying so much for a big title game and having this many issues on a PC. Reddit says it is a common occurrence with PC users, and it is driving me nuts. I keep coming back to try and see if anything has been fixed, but at this point, I might have to take the L and wait for GTA 6 :(.

Any help, or update on solutions are welcome.
