Im in UAE and having the same issue. On PS5. On all Multiplayer modes it goes black. But portal works

Have you tried joining any ME Servers on portal. I can only join Europe servers with 120 Ms. I have Etisalat and tried using mobile hotspot of DU and everything works fine. I don't understand who is to blame for this.
