Hi EA Support,

I’m having an issue with Battlefield 6. Once I select a game mode, the screen goes completely black. I can still hear sound in the background, but I can’t see or play anything — it just stays stuck on a black screen. I’ve already tried restarting the game and my system, but the problem continues.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Many have been facing the same problem since yesterday.. sadly nobody knows how to solve it yet... seems like EA support aren't aware of the issue
