once you start searching, before launching the map loading screen it stays in blackscreen, could hear the background sounds and music audio but stays stuck for long time then have to restart the game after quitting it forcefully. But doesnt works at all. Tried reinstalling the game as well! Please fix, thank you
I don't know if this will help all users in the UAE, but I contacted Etisalat and explained the problem. I also spent a long time talking with support and the proxy team about what was happening to all users in the region. They submitted a request to investigate the issue and remove the possible game blockage. They said it could take 24 to 72 hours.
