Black screen instead of map loading screes

I paid a f**kton of dollars to play this game and here is what I got. Every time when I wanted to play a random match, after finding the game I cannot access the server. All I got is a black screen, afterward a gray back toned white BF6 logo and returning to main menu without any error message.
