Bonus path flop

So to all the people who were scammed out of the bonus path rewards including the objective ace skin, is there ever going to be a fix or is there a plan to reimburse those who did not receive the items because they completed the challenges before the "fix" was brought about? At first they said they were investigating then made one challenge worth 85 points but if you already completed that challenge then the "fix" did nothing for you. Losing faith in this company more and more with each day passing, it might seem silly but for people that pay extra to receive the extra stuff but then get scammed by the devs with to rectification is total BS. You obviously have the ability to fix this but whether you actually do that will show me how much the community means to you, your move.
