Bots can see through smoke

Interesting perspective. How do you know it's bots shooting you? Are you dying?

I do know enemy players (including real people) will shoot where smoke pops knowing someone is attempting a revive.

Not OP, but I can attest to experiencing the same issue, which results in being killed. 

With the tweaks made to bot ability and behaviors since launch, they are laser accurate at distance no mater if you're in cover or not. (But still brain dead close up lol) 

It's not "game breaking" or anything like that, more of an irritation when it happens.

Yeah, I get that... I shoot through smoke too, but I'll pop 2 to move to flank and the kill screen will show the bot that killed me, and that it shot through the smoke at 50m or whatever the distance.  idk how they fix that, but it would be nice lol.  It happens to me at least 5 times per match

Bumping this. Bots are never impaired by smoke. Their reaction time with or without smoke is identical from what I can tell, and they can see through thick or thin smoke. The issue is exacerbated on the Contaminated map, because bots can see and shoot perfectly through the gas as well.

finally figured out how to screen record replays... I've got a new issue, and it's not just bots seeing through smoke.  I've got a screen recording and screenshots of a bot killing me through a tree.  I can not see it, and there is no way it can see me through all the leaves.  Yet, I'm shot and killed through the tree.  It's hilarious how bad some of the gameplay is.  My bullets have a hard time going through a chain link fence, but bots can shoot me blindly through smoke and a tree. lol
