[Bug] Spotting in Boats

I thought I was going crazy thinking that spotting just "wasn't working", but it turns out it doesn't, in boats.

It looks like the game is trying to spot in the default player orientation from the boat, not where the player's camera is actually pointing. 

See attached video, I'm trying to spot the helicopter here, but in reality I'm pinging the concrete wall to my left.
