[BUG][PC/Steam] First Match Works; Later Matches Black Screen & Return to Menu

1. Issue Description

I am experiencing a reproducible issue in Battlefield 6. After restarting the game, the first multiplayer match loads and plays normally. However, subsequent matches successfully find a match but fail during loading. The screen turns black, the Battlefield 6 logo appears, and the game returns to the main menu without entering the match.

The issue follows this pattern:

1. Completely close Battlefield 6 and relaunch it through Steam.
2. Enter and play the first multiplayer match normally.
3. Return to the main menu and start matchmaking again.
4. Matchmaking succeeds, but the screen turns black during loading, and the game returns to the main menu.
5. Further matchmaking attempts continue to encounter the issue. Restarting the game allows the first match to work normally again.

4. Assistance Requested

Could EA please confirm whether this is a known issue and investigate whether it may be related to the game client state, multiplayer session transitions, map loading, anti-cheat components, graphics driver compatibility, or the operating system?

I cannot determine the exact cause myself. I would appreciate it if the technical team could investigate the issue using the attached recording and my system specifications, and provide any available temporary workaround.

I am willing to provide additional diagnostic information, such as a DxDiag report, game logs, or other relevant files, if required.

This issue significantly affects my multiplayer experience because I may have to restart the game after each match just to enter another match successfully. I hope EA can help identify and resolve the problem.
