Bullet registration

You guys gotta fix your buller registration cause it’s slowly starting to annoy me, it’s the same as it was in the beta… I can dump a whole 30 mag and not even kill them but they can kill me? I sniped someone 3 times and only 1 hit registered but there was still blood coming out of him
