I can't play battlefiled 6 in multiplayer

Hello. First, is your EA App up to date? If you are using the PC version of the EA App, please try clearing the app's cache. Select Menu (three lines) → Help → App Recovery → Clear Cache. This often resolves ownership and login issues. Also, please make sure you are running the EA App as an administrator.
