Can’t unlink psn from ea account and lost all my bf6 content…

I recently made a new EA account and unlinked my psn from my old one to the new one so that I could take my bf6 progress with me on the go with rog ally x. Only to find that nothing transferred over. When I went back to my ps5, I saw that my content had disappeared there too. I had the phantom edition and had been playing religiously since launch. Now my battlepass, weapons, unlocks, challenges, phantom edition content is all gone. I can’t unlink my psn from this new ea account for 6 months when I try to do it in account settings. Wholly unacceptable. Ea chat support says there is nothing they can do… also unacceptable. At this moment I literally don’t have content I paid for and there was no warning that any of this would happen when I unlinked in the first place or I certainly would have considered it… is there anything that can be done?
