Cannot connect regardless of what I do

Hi, I have been doing a TON of different test, I need help with Battlefield 6 failing to connect to servers. I have performed extensive diagnostics across multiple networks and devices, and the issue persists no matter what I try. Below is a complete list of everything I have already tested. I am a network & Systems admin so I have done everything on my end that I could have possibly tested and the game continues to not connect to online services. I am begging for an admin/network team to look into this. I've been wanting to play all week long and have not been able to.

Network & Router Diagnostics

  • Restarted router and ONT
  • Disabled IPv6 on LAN and WAN
  • Set firewall level to Minimum and Off
  • Placed my PC in DMZ (no change)
  • Attempted port forwarding
  • Attempted UPnP
  • Verified NAT behavior
  • Pinged BF6 server IP 52.86.188.173 from router → 100% failure
  • Router logs show inbound RST packets from AWS marked as Pkt_Illegal and dropped
  • Even in DMZ, the router still drops these packets
  • This proves the router firewall is not the root cause

Windows PC Diagnostics

  • Flushed DNS
  • Reset IP stack (ipconfig /release /renew /flushdns)
  • Reset Winsock
  • Disabled Windows Firewall temporarily
  • Verified no VPN, proxy, or custom DNS settings
  • Verified game files
  • Reinstalled Battlefield 6
  • No local software blocking connections

External Network Tests

  • Tested Battlefield 6 using a mobile hotspot
    • Completely bypasses home router
    • Still fails to connect
  • Tested Battlefield 6 using a different network
    • Completely bypasses home router
    • Still fails to connect
  • Tested Battlefield 6 using a VPN
    • Different IP, different route, different region
    • Still fails to connect

These tests prove the issue is not caused by:

  • My router
  • My home network
  • My ISP
  • My IP address
  • My geographic region
  • My PC

The failure occurs even when the router is not involved at all.

Battlefield 6 Server Behavior

  • BF6 attempts to connect to AWS IP 52.86.188.173
  • Router logs show dropped RST packets, but hotspot and VPN bypass the router entirely and still fail
  • This confirms the packet drops are not the root cause
  • The connection failure is happening upstream, on EA’s side
  •

Attached is the screenshot I took of the error code I receive when at the start menu of BF6 after trying to connect to online services.
