They're investigation this now. Asked people to send routing logs, so hopefully it gets fixed soon. I have the same unfortunate issue
Man, your comment is 19 days old and I'm having this problem today. I can't play the game. Where do I send this to them? I go to the website to open a ticket and click submit, but my case just doesn't get registered. When I go to the 'My Cases' section, there's nothing there. I've tried everything and nothing works. I just want to contact someone there to help me with this. I've never experienced this with any other game until now.
