Cannot download labs
Hopefully not breaking NDA. I used my voucher code for BF labs and lost power due to a storm. Got power back and went to see if my redemption went through and if the download started. The redemption went through and shows in my transaction history, but labs is nowhere to be found in my library or in the store. Am I cooked? Is there a remedy? On PlayStation and didn’t know if posting here or emailing PS help would break NDA but I’m at a loss, if I don’t figure something out I will miss out anyway lol
I have found the solution that worked for me. Go to your browser on your mobile device (its what I used), go to PlayStation and sign in on your browser, click on your account (top right icon), go to games library and it was there at the top for me. Start download from the browser to your console
