Cannot find a single ranked lobby since launch.

Hi I have tried on multiple occasions searching for a ranked match since it’s launched. Till date I have not found a single lobby even after waiting for 20 minutes, restarting game, retrying multiple times. It just does not happen- whereas other pc players get lobbies within minutes from the same country. Is this a console issue ? Also I have checked all settings- cross play is on.
