Cannot join any multiplayer game mode

I’ve had the game since launch, and only managed to play 2 online matches. Everytime I join a server it finds one within a few seconds no issuE. I then get black screen, battlefield shows on screen and then returns me back to main menu, my internet connection is great, no issues,  I have re downloaded multiple times and still am unable to join any multiplayer games. Is there a fix to this as I can’t play online at all?
