Cannot login error code 0:89001s:7c:-13561655840

I have reinstalled the game, reset my Xbox, hard reset my Xbox, reset the network, cleared saved data/cached data, and spammed the A button with no luck. The only thing I haven't tried is submitting an Xbox "report a problem" button or factory resetting my Xbox. 

This issue has been happening for people since the Redsec update. It's insane that they haven't resolved it yet. If you're someone who's purchased the Battle Pass (or purchased the game as a gift for someone) EA expects you to just wait around until they decide this is important enough to fix, but they sure as hell don't mind holding on to your money while you wait.

On top of that, I just spent 1hr+ on live chat with support last night trying to resolve this. I was passed to 4 seperate people and no one knew what they were talking about (how is that possible when it's been happening since November 2025?). On top of that, every one of the people I talked to just dropped that chat as soon as I started asking for a real fix and not instructions on how to power cycle my console, or configure an open NAT.

It's absolutely ridiculous.

I am getting the same thing.  I just checked and on the last update it must deleted multiplayer and single player off of my Xbox.  Just clicked to install, oh I did RedSack also even though I do not play that, and now I can get back on.  Just logged in for the first time in 2 days.

update: I got logged in hit the multiplayer, REDSACK and campaign still were not downloaded had to manage files inside the game and click to reinstall.  So now waiting for that.  Will update if it does not work.

Everytime I log on I get the error code, what is going on?

I have the same issue but I already have REDSEC added to my game library on Xbox. Still have the issue

i am having the exact same problem since the nightfall update on xbox and im glad to know im not the only one and its not my network like the EA case handler told me! spent hours doing the trouble fix stuff to my network which was already set up correctly. i even went as far as to reset my router and xbox to factory settings. there really is nothing i can do till the update comes out i just wish the customer support team told me that.

I had the same issue. I unistalled the game and re-installed it but that didn't help.

Looking at the install, RedSec is there but, I went to the Store and just added the free version of RedSec - doesn't install anything because I already have it installed but,...

That resolved for me, back in.

Cleared cache

Rebooted a million times by holding power button down. Unplugged for a minute, nothing.

In the past this would happen and I would have to do the same as a workaround and it would work, no luck now.

Last night it randomly worked by just letting it sit on the error page for like 5 minutes and then I hit ok and it worked.  

This morning I had another update that seemed small.whwnni logged in and now nothing works.
