MISSING OPEN BETA REWARDS

So, as the title said, I'm still missing the rewards from the open beta, as a lot of people does sadly... I played a lot of time during the beta to get all the rewards, which is fine since the game is great but after finally buying the game and getting the mail that my rewards were sent, I got nothing, even waiting 24h and everything they say to try.

I tried to get in contact with the support team (gullible me) but they couldn't solve my problem, they can't see history past 30 days... (They tried tho, be kind and don't execute them pls).

They told me to write an entry here so that's what I'm doing I guess. I can't add an screenshot to prove that I got all the rewards since I didn't thought it would be necessary, neither is any way to track your assignments I think.

Kinda sorry for the venting and I really want to collaborate and try to find a solution to this issue in case someone who cares and can help read this but it seems like we're all here crying at the corpovoid, just know that you're not alone if that eases the itching.
