Can't buy coins through Steam

I want to purchase coins, but I get the error DiceOnlineError_GrpcErrorUnknown [140002S: 122001S: 13C:-1356 1655840]. What should I do?
The problem stated some days before 1.1.3.5, earlier I've been buying coins without problems.
