Can't claim Road to BF6 rewards (and others)

Hello, I've completed the battlepass for Road to BF6 in Battlefield 2042, but when I started playing BF6 recently I noticed my rewards weren't available in game.

I do have the corresponding award messages in my inbox and my account is succesfully linked, but still I can't sem to actually claim the rewards as there is no "claim" button below the notification nor my rewards are showing in the customize section. The same thing happens for other rewards such as the beta ones or twitch drops.

I have not installed the campaing so far, that could be the cause of an issue that could be causing some sort of bug for the content to not be available? Thanks in advance.
