Cant Get Past splash screen

I have tried everything to try and get past the splash screen and nothing will do it. From updating my bios almost bricking it to a simple NVIDIA drivers update. I am on steam PC and my specs are a 3060 TI with a Ryzen 5 5600X if anyone has any solutions please let me know I have done all the recommended things.
