Can't submit a ban appeal

I was gifted the game Saturday the 1st on steam. I played 6 hours no problem then on Sunday on the 2nd I played another 6 hours with no issue, I then proceeded to stream to Discord in the firing range then I received a ban for "Game Enhancements".

Submitted an appeal to EA appeals team and got denied. It tells me I can resubmit my appeal, but the page is saying cannot submit the appeal. I don't know how to contact support for this, as the support page just brings me to my appeal page again which just says that theres an error.

Im literally a legit player with 1.4 KD with 12 hours played banned for being in the firing range.

Is there a way to actually contact support and do I have to buy the game everytime I want to play it?
