Case #224776929 – Missing Tombstone Pack (Battlefield 6 Pre-Order Content)

Hello EA Help,

I refer to Case #224776929 and wish to express my disappointment at the lack of progress or meaningful response to my previous messages.

As shown in the attached screenshot and your earlier email confirmation, I was eligible for the 12 Career 60-minute Boosters and 12 Hardware 60-minute Boosters. However, I am still missing the Tombstone Pack, which was explicitly included in the pre-order bonuses for both the Standard and Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6.

This situation remains unresolved despite clear evidence of entitlement. I paid for this edition in good faith and have not received the full content as advertised.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), I am entitled to receive all digital goods and content as described at the time of purchase. Failure to provide this content may constitute a breach of the consumer guarantees under sections 54 (acceptable quality) and 56 (supply of goods by description).

Unless the Tombstone Pack is applied to my account within 7 days, I intend to escalate this matter to NSW Fair Trading or the relevant Consumer Tribunal for formal investigation and resolution.

Please confirm in writing that this issue will be rectified and advise when I can expect the Tombstone Pack to appear on my account.
