Today when I logged into my xbox it said my account is suspended, I looked online, it said its permanently banned due to game enhanced, how can i use cheat on xbox? I believe this is to be a false ban. I tried to appeal on the support page, it constantly shows case not created, I tried to get in contact with support over 2 weeks, yet I have received any response.

How have you been trying to appeal? Have you been trying to contact EA Help, or have you been trying the appeals webform or going through your Penalty History (this is the link to the webform: Your EA Help support options)?

That way cookies aren't causing any issues. Cases can be opened by following the instructions in this article.
