Chargeback BF6

Since EA won't address or fix the DirectX errors with BF6 and they won't refund me, it's time to initiate a chargeback. I urge everyone in the same position to do the same.

Hi TheBlGtoe,

I only mention this in case you aren't aware already, but initiating a chargeback might lead to your EA Account being permanently banned (they may just remove the game). It's mentioned in this guide if you wanted to check:

Please note that I'm not trying to dissuade you from doing this, it's entirely up to you, but I felt it was worth mentioning the potential ramifications.

I'm not EA staff, TheBlGtoe, I'm just a player who volunteers here to help out in my free time. Unfortunately, I also play on console, so I don't know how to resolve the problem you're facing I'm afraid. However, I'm glad that it sounds like you're receiving assistance from Steam.

Funny how you answer now when refunds are involved. Why don't you actually answer the question about the issue in hand. I bought it through Steam and it's with their support at the moment. They actually provide contact information, which is nice.
