Chopper Spawn Camping

It is so frustrating to finally spawn into the attack chopper and then get blasted to bits by the enemy chopper's gunner!!! Really takes the fun away from a game. The anti-air defense gun stops missiles from the pilot, but the gunner can still shred you. I believe the following rules added would fix this. When you spawn into the chopper, you are resistant to all damage and lock-ons until one of the following criteria is met:

• You shoot your guns at all. (at this point, its fair game for incoming fire from enemies).
• Its been more than 30 seconds past the initial start-up of the chopper.
• You leave the spawn area laterally beyond the base limits (The base limits can be drawn with a line on the ground, much like the conquest flag area limits drawn on the ground). IMPORTANT: There should be no limit in altitude (Vertical height) that the chopper can fly safely during the 30 seconds. This makes it so that the enemy chopper cannot just hover above you for that safe window and then kill you. Like Obi-Wan, the high ground always wins. Having the opportunity to fly all the way up to the altitude limit would give you the chance to be at the same altitude as the enemy chopper if their intentions were to target you. This is the only way it can be a fair fight. 
• In order for this to work, you would also have to disable the ability for the enemy chopper or jets to ram you while you're in this safe window. You should basically pass through each other until the safe window time runs out or you fire your guns.

The only negative thing i can come up with that would make this difficult is if the enemy chopper gets locked on as he's approaching your location, he is still then vulnerable to all other damage and lock-ons from your own team. But then again, he doesn't HAVE to target you during this safe window. He can take position near his own base or within another area of the map.
