Collectible not appearing

I restarted the first mission in the campaign after picking up the second dog tag and realizing I had missed the first collectible. Now, the second dog tag no longer respawns, and it isn’t marked as collected.

I’ve tried relaunching the mission multiple times, even on a different difficulty after completing the entire campaign, but the second dog tag still doesn’t appear.

Please, I really need this to complete the campaign challenge 
Is there a debug command or any other way to grant this one collectible?
