Commo Rose- Ping Menu Activating Without Hitting LB.

I played the beta on PC playing with my Xbox controller, & did not have any issues with the Commo Rose Ping menu popping up without any Input from my controller. I am now experiencing random pop ups ...

Im playing on Pc and when I press Q a huge radial wheel menu pops up and I panic and get killed most of the time it happens. Not to mention nothing on the wheel says spot, ping , etc so I dont even know what option IM supposed to select to Ping someone or something in game, and the frantic pace of this game almost always assures a successful RIP afterwards for me.
