Unfortunately, I don't have any other recommendations. Please contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Since you can connect on a different connection, the issue would be on their end.

  Can you please provide the server IPs for BF6? I want to pass them to my ISP so they can run traceroutes; right now, neither of us knows the addresses.

    We can't provide the server IPs. The best we can do is the port forwarding guide.
