i talked with customer service online, they cannot do anything. its absurd.
i dont understand how people keep buying this game.

i will ask for a reimbursement, this is absurd i paid for the game and cannot play. Im tired of trying and im able to play other games so i dont think is an issue on my side.

Reset network settings following the instructions attached.
All wifi networks and passwords will be deleted and need reconnected.

I have the exact same issue. I have tried contacting EA but have not received a reply.
Please let me know if you have any ideas..

gipsh no, I don't know what the error means. You can try contacting EA support and ask them what the error means. I have a feeling they'll just point you to this article.

No, never changed my name.
I tried rebooting, unpluging, chaning dns, etc.
Also closed the game app but still the problem persist.

gipsh Have you changed your gamer name recently?
Did you try rebooting the Xbox? Sometimes standby mode can cause issues.
Close the BF6 game app completely down.
