Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

I am unable to play BF6 as I get a connection failed message. I had the same issue with Beta but thought it was be resolved for launch day. I have tried different internet connections, VPN but no luck.

I have tried connecting customer service but I am not sure the ticket was raised.
Any help is appreciated.
I’m in the same boat, I have enabled secure boot and TPM 2.0 and I cannot have it play I now get the “unknown error” after playing 4mins into my first match after launching the game and I get kicked and keep getting kicked the game is unplayable for me. I too had this problem in the beta reached out but the staff or support couldn’t solve my issue I’m at a lost n probably gonna have to refund this game or something
