Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

Unbelieveable - I am speaking to support chat, trying to get help, and they tell me my account does not have Battlefield 6 in it ...
Have they gone mental??? How do I get my 70 Euros back now???
U can actually see bf6 in ur ea app, guessing u bought it on the ea app then ?
no it was via kinguin as i had some credits there , but it was an EA app key of course.
I did a mistake of reedeming on the old account, so i asked them to merge with new, they tried, seems it didn't work, so they told me ask for it later, but since then ( I think ) i've been getting this error code: 1:86001S:89001S .
Not sure what they are on about.
