"Connection Failed" With Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S
Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

Iv just spoken with EA, They confirmed its a known global issue and are trying to fix it. I also asked if they know about the ppl who got banned after trying to get EA to fix there ID to see if that would fix the issue. They told me they know about that too and will also be resolving that. They added my account to there growing global list of effected users.
how did you get in contact with them? all my tickets either go unnoticed or get closed for no reason.
U need to first vpn to america then when u state what ur issue is u need to select "update my ea account" or something like that i dont remember the exact option. when u make the ticket after doing those things there will be a button on bottom left of the next page where u can talk to an assistant. I found out this is the only way to get to talk to someone by looking on old forums from 3 months ago where an EA CM said to do this.
Regarding your post with "known global issue" --> did they say anything about BF-only, because same problem e.g. in FC 26 since Friday
I didnt ask and they didnt say but thats interesting, is it the same error and are u on steam?
