Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

Can't play since friday.
I have lost my pre-order bonuses because of refund on steam and buying in EA launcher. Nothing helped. No usb-device. DNS. Repair reboot. WTF!!!!!

So buying it again on ea didnt help? I was thinking of trying that.
