yeah I talked to another guy about it and it doesn't seem to be an issue, I'm all out of ideas now it MUST be something on their side and therefore we should get compensated once they fix it.

Everyone is given compensation. And we can't play quietly from the first day, having made a pre-order. Where is our compensation? A separate topic with this problem is needed.

Exactly, I am very tempted to refund and re-buy on another account or on the EA App but I don't want to lose my beta and pre-order rewards.

I tried buying it on the ea app this afternoon didn't fix it for me
