Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

Maybe we should send the link to this forum discussion in all the comments under the posts of battlefield twitter to reach out to them? 5 days already and we still can't even enter the game! It's unacceptable!
