Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

4 days without any further communication, EA are you insane??? That's how you treat people who pay you money? Why the hell should we just sit and wait when you're fixing other things but not even spoke a word about this global issue thousands of player are having?
Lots of people have been trying to fix this by themselves which made the counter of hours go up to 2-3 hours and makes refunds impossible, so we have no other way than just hope you solve this asap and this is how you behave??
they sold millions of copies, truth is they dont care to waste resources on a problem only a few thousand at max are having
