"Connection Failed" With Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S

Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S What am I suppose to do ?

I had this game pre ordered on August 3rd... I have not been able to play this game since it launched.. This is actually crazy. I reached out to these community admins and they passed it along to the EA DEVS. No feed back at all on what's going on , NOTHING ! I am so pissed off , I can't even refund this gift its actually a waste of money...
