Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

This is just not even funny anymore. Money wasted for nothing, with no support or communication regarding this error. I made one of the dumbest mistakes in the gaming industry — I gave EA my money before the game’s release instead of waiting for them to actually finish it.
lol to be fair I can’t blame you for buying the game if the beta worked , this problem presented itself after release so no one could’ve seen it coming , it’s just very unfortunate how tight lipped they are about it on social media, I see the problem literally growing , this thread has been going for weeks and the last support guy I talked to said they only knew about it for the last 3 days . So all those other reports fell on deaf ears from the entire week prior ? 🤣😭 depressing no?
Considering that everything possible has already been done on my end, all I can do now is wait and keep reminding that the problem still hasn’t been fixed.
