Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

Okay , so I downloaded REDSEC on the EA APP, when I launched it it says my account has been restricted for all online services???
I checked my EA account to see and I have no bans or anything. Like whats up with that??? maybe that's why we cant play bf6 because our accounts are restricted for no reason??
same issue, i got through and talked to one of the support guys and he informed me that they're aware of it but there's no fix for now (btw this was like a week ago)
