You must change the private IP address set by your modem to a public IP address to connect to the game.

Does anyone have the same problem that you try to go for missions or awards and when you're getting halfway the counting just stops and you never reach your achievement. Come on Battlefield creators imagine the frustration and how it demotivates the players. I'm almost support specialist 600 points before reaching my goal with the incendiary airburst the counting stops. Today I'm almost got down to supply or revive your squad 300 times for 6 tokens it stops at 219 or something come on it really takes my motivation away ... anyone else with this problem?

I've been playing Battlefield since the first 1942 version been loving it but never seen so many technical difficulties don't do this to an ol' dude 😆.

But although this is the technical issues page I don't want to sound like an ol' Karen and just complain, on the positive side I've bought new desktops and after that several laptops just to be able to play Battlefield and to me it is the best game ever loving it and BF6 is really  good in my humble opinion it's renewing always coming up with new gameplay, great graphics love the new Eastwood map so yeah thanks Battlefield team don't take it too hard just my 2 cents 😉

It doesn't really matter where you are at I tried with VPN 3 different locations and without VPN restarted my laptop router. I started playing the campaign out of misery and then it suddenly worked.

Support closed the ticket again, responding using a template.
They say it's a problem with your provider... create a thread on the forum -_- but what's the point? If you haven't done anything since the release.

In my case, this happens because the modem, not the router, generates the private IP address.
You need to change your modem settings to a public IP address.

In your modem settings, go to WAN Settings - Channel Mode - (NAT) -> (Bridge).

Connect your PC directly to the modem, and use a separate Wi-Fi device to connect to the modem.

This is a joke haha i played the beta but I cannot play the full game
