Hi there!
Still not fixed this problemI even tested it with a dedicated/static public IP from my ISP (not CGNAT), and the issue is exactly the same.
Battlefield 6 keeps showing Connection Failed – Error 1:86001S:51002S:57019S without VPN.Battlefield 2042 works perfectly on the same network.
VPN helps, but that’s not a real fix — and paying extra for a static IP doesn’t solve it either.
I will keep sending traceroute reports via help.ea.com every 2 days as suggested by EA_Vendsera in another topic until the routing problem is actually resolved!
This problem clearly on EA side.
Another topic where EA_Vendsera asked to do traceroutes.

"❗️AWS & EOS Outage, & Hotfix Update
We're aware of a major AWS (Amazon Web Services) outage, alongside the EOS outage, which is causing players to not be able to access games & other web-based services.
We're actively monitoring the situations with both parties and we are hoping for a resolution to the problems as soon as possible.
We are still aiming to deliver the Update 18 Hotfix 1 today, however we will keep you updated as to the status of the AWS and EOS issues which may delay release. Thank you for your patience and we hope to deliver the hotfix as soon as we can."What's the use of these reports? They don't care - we are slaves, dirt, cannon fodder for them. But definitely not the players

If do nothing, nothing will change. So a least I can do is to send them this reports and let them know that problem is exists. And if most of the people with same error do the same, it might help.

Maybe they will give us some info on official discord?

They did say these error codes are problems on there side and not ours. They did say that some fix solutions might work for some people but better to wait then try all the fixes that are out there. and AWS has nothing to do with this. I know its been 10 days but we just got unlucky so we have to wait but they do know about this 100% so they will have a fix for us.

Lots of others have this issue as well. I haven't been able to play since launch because of it

Hello,
I have this issue since the beginning of BF6 and it becomes harassing at best and because of it i can't play the game i prepaid.
For some reason, i have access to the game with WIFI (5 GHz bandwith) and not with the hotpsot of my phone. Indeed, the game loads correctly while in wifi but the link connection is pretty unstable with a lot of latency every 30 seconds or so. As it is its unusable.
So i use the hotspot of my phone instead. Once again big mystery, the game load correctly maybe 1/10 game launch and i have to restart both pc and hotspot an random amount of time for the game to work properly.
Before reaching out for support, i did the following things:
- Restart Hotspot/phone, and pc
- Updating my BIOS
- Updating my TP link wifi equipment
- Delete the hotspot from the pc and link it a second time
- Try different DNS and delete the DNS cache
- Try to change hotspot settings from 2.4 to 5 GHz without success
- Update GPUn drivers, WIN11 (24H2 up to date)
- Try fixing game files
I just tried today to play the game and after an hour trying restarting the game/pc/hotspot it still doesn't work for some reason.
Either you have any ideas to fix it or i will play another game with ?better? connexion or else.
Hoping to get some advice from you,
Regards
