Are we able to claim compensation somewhere or do we get paid to be a part time employee of EA having to run these tests and troubleshoot your problems?

imagine buying a triple A title to have to spend hours troubleshooting it to try and get it to run. I own 3 copies for various devices in the house. Why the **bleep** would I spend my life unplugging USB devices trying to get it to work, or turning off/on overlays or doing anything at all? I don't work for EA. FIX YOUR **bleep** THEIVES

Sent you mine as well, though I am pretty skeptical...the same issue has been existing since at least 2 years.
It was the result of the faulty AC service and will kick me and thousands of other people if the the cross play is enabled.
Most BF games didn't have enough people to play without cross play, so it was pointless. - LittleeRookiee5 months agoNew Rookie
i am on PC Steam and i still am getting these issues i dont have a VPN so i dont know wat to do i already tried the steps and still getting kick after entering my first match with in 4 mins or 5 and that is it i cant load another match after that unless i relaunch the game to play another 3-5 mins of gameplay it is unplayable.

how do I fix this error I just bought BF6 yesterday played 2 hours and now can’t play this is unacceptable $70 for this.

BTW it is the same in FC 26. No problem to connect, but after 1-5min "connection failed, unable to connect" --> can connect afterwards immediately
Installed old FC 25, there is no such a problem. The problem began on Friday and occurs on console and PC, different countries/locations.

I have the exact same problem. I just bought the game yesterday and can't launch it. I sent you the decrypted file in messages. Will there be any compensation for these problems? EA_Vendcera

The problem seems strange.
I can't connect to services via my PC's Wi-Fi and get an error. To test it, I used my phone, which is connected to the same network, and set it up as a modem via USB-C, and voila, everything works. But that doesn't solve the problem! A game that costs around $100 shouldn't have such bugs. 😡 We still got a problem.

EA, when this is going to be fixed? It honestly feels pretty disrespectful to everyone who planned to spend their weekend playing right after launch.‼️We’re asking for a quick fix and some kind of compensation‼️
