Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

Pre-purchased this game and excited to play but still waiting in the queue after that connection error. Lovely.
I have waited 1 and a half hour to connect but still nothing. Still getting the error.
Same problem here on PC.

do I need to remove all usb? What if I dont have any external driver in?
First it would connect and say that Multiplayer and Campaign weren't installed, now even the online services. What can I say, the fun of day one always ends like this. But I paid €100 for the pre-order edition and got nothing except in-game skins.
Me neither, is it shown in your EA app as you possess the steam copy?
