none of this crap works, this should not be happening in a AAA title game, i was playing just yesterday and now i cant even get the game to connect

Same error here. Online chat has zero fix for it. 

playstation does have a phone number well in my area.

You could also try adjusting your network settings:

• Change the Wi-Fi frequency band from Automatic to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz
• Change your DNS settings to Manual, then enter 1.1.1.1 as the primary DNS and 1.0.0.1 as the secondary DNS

do you use a wire or wifi ? and can you put up a connection straight from your modem to your platform and leave the router out of it ? 

Will not sign me into the game. Have reset my modem, router and completely logged out and back in. All multiple times.

• i know it is not my internet as everything else is working.
